The position

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their sales objectives are met with tailored solutions

  • Leverage the strong partnerships with existing customer accounts to create new opportunities for growth.

  • Be the go-to person for your accounts and provide a high level of service to your clients

  • Participate in customer meetings, discussing performance updates and upcoming projects.

  • Hours will be 8am - 5pm

The Successful candidate

  • Critical to success will be proven experience in Account Management / Sales in a B2B environment for a minimum for 2 years within any industry.

  • Has the ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts.

  • Can effectively communicate the services on offer and convert sales.

  • Is self-motivated and has professional approach to their work.

  • Has exceptional people and networking skills.

  • Holds Intermediate computer skills with a good understanding of applications such as CRM's, Excel, Work, PowerPoint.

  • Key personality traits and characteristics would include positivity, drive, tenacity, analytical, a continuous improvement mindset, and results focused.

  • Valid Australian car license

  • Last but not least, you take pride in your work, you're driven/energetic, positive, and dedicated to sales excellence.
