About the Role

As the new Sales Administrator, you have a chance to become part of a global company that produces and provides innovative, sustainable, high-value surfaces for architecture and design. You will have the opportunity to take on a mix of fun and fulfilling challenges within the administrative realm at the Casula site.

Your day to day will involve:

  • Receive and process purchase orders.

  • Issue sales transaction invoices.

  • Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.

  • Contact customers by phone or email to address inquiries and collect any missing information.

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.

  • Route customer feedback to appropriate departments.

  • Assist the sales department with additional administrative duties upon request

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role

  • Moderate knowledge working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer

  • Strong SAP or any another CRM user knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrate professional communication skills and a friendly phone manner
