​Hey there!

My name is Swashna and my role within Impact is that of Recruitment Partner.

I’ve been with the company for a short time frame at this point, but I definitely plan on being here for a long time. The values of Impact have certainly grown on me during my time here and working with the team on a daily basis has been nothing short of a blessing.

Now moving on to a little bit of information about myself… where do I begin?

I’m a fur baby mum to a 2-year-old Siberian husky and I can say that he is the love of my life. I’m a big foodie but sometimes hesitate to try new foods that sit outside of my comfort zone. I’m all about adventures and travelling and I’m a sucker for greenery and anything scenic to help capture that perfect selfie. I love my family and friends and I’m now also excited to add Impact into my circle.

On a professional level, I am a criminology graduate and have previously worked in employment services as a contractor for Centrelink. I’m proud to say that recruitment, human resources, sourcing out talent and just a general feeling of helping people has beneficially impacted my professional ambitions.

I’m really looking forward to working alongside my Impact family to influence and assist those who appreciate the Impact values.
