Emma Piliae

​Hello!

My name is Emma, and I am your friendly neighbourhood Recruitment Partner.

I’ve been with Impact for almost a year now and hopefully for many years to come.

Prior to joining the team, I came from an inbound and outbound call centre environment, leading and managing small to large teams. My most recent position before Impact was with Service NSW, working within the Business COVID grant space, training, managing, and leading a team of up to 30 customer service representatives. I feel that this prior experience truly helps me to understand how to connect with the people I interact with on a daily basis in my current role.

I enjoy spending time with family, a good competitive game of soccer, touch football, and volleyball, tasting different foods and the occasional glass of wine or two..oh, and let’s not forget a healthy game of Monopoly (there’s nothing like arguing and flipping the board over at 2am).

So far, I’ve enjoyed my time in the recruitment space and I hope to continue to work with Impact for a long time to come because being part of this company allows me to impact lives on such a positive level.
